Afterlife
Separation of body and spirit on death
Spirit rises to the sky (The Dreamer) Most spirits experience dreams or nightmares decided on by the Dreamer usually reflected on their mortal lives. Some might be claimed by the other inheritors for their courts. Arguments over powerful souls are commonplace among the Inheritors. The Dreamer has no court themself, as they can visit with any who dream.
Body returns to the earth (The Guardian)
Necromancy
Undead - Animation of corpse/vessel using spirit energy to fuel them Undead (Intelligent) - Binding of a spirit to a non living vessel usually unwilling, but sometimes willing. Phantoms/Phantasms - Summoning of ancient heroes or resurrection of spirits that have been resurrected so often they can’t fully bind to vessels. Alive - Successful bind of soul and a functional living vessel.
